Depending on the form or conversation, this may include your name, email address, phone number, preferred area, moving timeline, and questions about a home. We use these details to respond, discuss home options, arrange conversations or tours, and maintain our customer relationship records.

How inquiries reach our team

Our website, advertising platforms, customer relationship management tools, and communication providers process information to receive and deliver inquiries. We use HighLevel / LeadConnector to help our team manage contacts and follow-up. When you submit a Facebook or Instagram lead form, Meta also processes your information under its own privacy policy.

Website and advertising measurement

Our website records referral and advertising source information, such as campaign parameters and click identifiers, to understand which visits lead to inquiries. It can store a limited visit-source history in your browser for up to 90 days and include it with an inquiry. Our Google advertising tag measures accepted website inquiries. The tag and visit-history collection do not run when your browser signals Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track.

Calls and messages

We use contact details to follow up on your inquiry. Submitting our general home-options inquiry form does not subscribe you to marketing texts. Separate texting terms and consent apply when you request messaging through our text service. SMS opt-in information and consent are not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
